I’m Christine Miles, M.S., Ed.
As a keynote speaker, author, thought leader, and entrepreneur, I am a world-renowned expert in the field of listening TO UNDERSTAND.
Christine Miles, M.S. Ed, is a leader in listening intelligence, keynote speaker, award-winning author, and founder/CEO of EQuipt, a woman-owned training company. Her book, What Is It Costing You Not to Listen?, won the Axiom Business Book Awards' Silver Medal. She developed The Listening Path®, now used by Fortune 100 companies and schools worldwide, and her elementary program is featured in over 20 schools across three countries. Christine has more than 25 years’ experience training executives, educators, and organizations such as SAP, McCain Foods, Harmony Biosciences, Brewer Science, Keck Medical and Rowan University helping them cultivate cultures of trust, understanding and high performance. Her work has earned her recognitions like Enterprising Women Magazine’s 2023 Enterprising Women of the Year and a place in Marquis Who’s Who. She holds a master’s in psychological services from the University of Pennsylvania.
